國民黨智庫國安組召集人林郁方指出，美國對台政策已經確定，就是希望兩岸不獨不武，甚至在美中台關係應對上，也都有標準作業程序，不太會因哪位選人當選總統就輕易改變，國人不用因為一通電話就過多反應。
